Claygate Project (Above)
As part of this project 'Spaces & Places' reconfigured the space of a 400 year old property to extend the main bathroom and install a new en-suite to the guest bedroom. During this project we provided a whole range of our services including bespoke cabinetry in the en-suite, electrical & plumbing installations, plastering, coving, tiling, wallpapering as well as decorating.
Egham Project (Above)
This client in Egham has continually invited us back over the years to completely transform their home including the installation of this wonderful kitchen with new boiler and underfloor heating.
We also removed the dividing wall between the lounge and dining room to open up the space
and built a new cloakroom under the stairs.
The finish was second to none, with the laying of beautiful engineered flooring and the matching of bespoke ornate plaster moulded coving.
Wooburn Green Project (Above)
Here in Wooburn Green we removed an existing conservatory and garden wall,
prepared the ground and began to form the structure for a new conservatory, utility room and cloakroom.
We worked to plans, ensuring that the new pitched roof and conservatory tied in to the existing building and even matched the old school brickwork.
This project utilised all of our services and was finished to our usual high standard.
Windsor Project (Above)
This client required the complete internal redecoration of this palatial home in Windsor as it
had not been updated for many years and subsequently had very tired decor throughout. All
Walls had to be stripped, made good and lined. We advised on featuring some of the walls by using bold, contemporary wallpaper designs and added heritage type colours to finish off. We also carried out repair work to the roof, swimming pool and existing bamboo flooring.
Windsor Project 2 (Above)
At this Victorian property in Windsor, 'Spaces & Places' removed the adjoining wall between the lounge and dining room, replaced the rear sash window with French doors, sanded the floors and decorated throughout the house. We also laid Amtico flooring in the bathroom, matched ornate coving in the dining area, re-tiled the fireplace hearths, relocated radiators and sockets, as well as built a new rear patio. Once completed this added £50k to the value of the property.
